This small project arises in the year 2008, with the idea of elaborating an own wine with a variety
atypical, seeking to go beyond of the traditional Enology, creating a dynamic, innovative Enology.

it allows us to think and to create, then, we wanted to introduce an innovative product to the market for
keep the consumer always curious on this world of the wine ". And it continues " The passion for introvert led us to inspiring love in us of the aromas and the color of the vine-stock Canari. Seven hectars exist only of Canari in Uco's Valley, which own our family. We were motivate the idea of doing something that did not exist, to incorporate to the slightly different market ". Of San Carlos. The production 2008 and 2009 we carry out in the winery of our friend Manuel Lopez Lopez;Finca El Zorzal. This harvest we did it at Don Bosco Winery. In the three harvest, the grape was harvested in
plastic boxes. The year 2009 as adventure, we realize the harvest in family. As process of production, the distinction of this rose is that we obtain from a cold maceration with skins and not of a bleeding; what grants the best organoleptics qualities to us possible.
The fermentation is carried out in tanks of stainless steel, with the use of selected yeasts. In vintage of 2008 the wine was stopped with 23 gr/l of residual sugar; and the year 2009 in search of another perspective
we leave it with 15gr/l,Both like test; but this vintage was very valuable since we come to one ideal balance sugar - acidity.
" We turned so carried away about this jewel that we decide to be call it Avarizza. His origin is Italian, already That 'Avarizza' in Italian means "greed" in Spanish. We look for this language for our name, already
that is a very passional, very strong language, and we consider ourselves to be carried away in everything what we do, we wanted to form this in every part of the process ", Agostina gets excited.
Result of this constant effort Avarizza has been rewarded in VINANDINO 2009 with medal Of SILVER; and recently with BRONZE's medal in the AWA 2010.
