Author wines at the St. Regis
Members and special guests of the Club CUISINE & VINS met at the St. Regis of the Park Tower Buenos Aires restaurant to enjoy the creations of young Argentine Winemakers.
Dynamic and fun tasting blind directed by sommelier Aldo Graziani, where attendees appreciated and were pleasantly surprised of the excellent qualities and characteristics of four personal wines of the winemakers Alejandro Vigil, Agostina Astegiano, Fabricio Hernández, Alejandro Sejanovich and Eduardo Vidal. The evening was opened by a Rose wine of Canari, different and balanced, followed by a Pinot Noir soft and elegant, ending with two Malbec from the 2008 harvest, one full of delicious floral aromas fused with a balanced palate and the last was noted for its palette of complex aromas, a red delicious and persistent.
The winemakers of Avarizza and Nube Negra were present sharing with partners their experiences in the development of theirs wines.

Red cherry of medium intensity. In the nose strawberry, plum and cherry jam. In mouth it presents balance between the sugra and the acidty of bulky body. Fresh, fruity and persistent.
