We elaborate our unique Canari in stainless steel tanks with cooling jackets, for a better temperature control. As a distinctive practice, we carry out a pre-fermentative maceration, which makes our rose wine fresh and unique.
Our Malbec is elaborated in traditional concrete vats. This grape variety reaches a perfect balance when it is aged in American and French oak barrels. In order to make this wine steady and harmonious, bottles are stored en wine cellars with adequate temperature and humidity levels.
