We introduce our Rose in Silvia Ramos de Barton´s course

On Thursday, the 7th of October the BLOG of Wines and Art had the pleasure of receiving in the hotel Vista Sol Buenos Aires Design to the Winemakers Agostina Astegiano and Fabricio Hernández, stewards of the famous rose wine elaborated with "canarí" from grapes harvested in Uco's Valley.
Fabricio, the young winemaker, dictated masterfully a vinificación class of red wines and rose to the pupils of the Course of Wines in 12 Classes organized by the BLOG of Wines and Art.
Agostina commented across a presentation the history of the rosé of canarí - similar to Gray Pinot - and the future of Avarizza, the proyect that they possess as a whole.
The BLOG of Wines and Art had the pleasure of being one of the first in knowing this wine and to share it with his followers. This was on March, 2009 in the Hotel Vista Sol, with 27 assistants, (in this opportunity we look at the Rosé of Canarí 2008, the first harvest of the wine)
This wine has been distinguished by medal of Silver in VINANDINO 2009 and medal of bronze In ARGENTINE WINE AWARDS 2010.

Canari, the scanty rose of candy of cherry Between the wines of annual consumption one of the sensations was the rose wine elaborated with Variety Canari, a variety which diffusion in Mendoza does not exceed 50 hectares.
The origin of vineyard is French and has the particularity of possessing few production of antocians, which characterizes that a red or rose wine has more or less color.
In the north provincial zone only they find seven hectares and the rest well-established in in the southern part, in San Rafael.
At sight the wine tasted in the last Evico turned out to be captivating, with a brilliant Cherry pink color.
In the nose it emphasized two foreheads of sensory assault: one that was outlined by the side of the fresh fruits,as strawberry, the raspberry and the cherry and other one that stood out very well with the aroma to Candy of cherry.
In the mouth, cold, it resulted more than agreeable, with good entry of mouth that made it very easy of to drink.
